Well formalities are formalities and should you have to cancel your adventure and in many cases once in a lifetime adventure, then we feel truly sorry for you but we’re are here to help.
You can cancel your day trip without further costs with one weeks notice. You can cancel your multi day adventure or trek without further costs with two weeks notice.
Depending on your trip you may be able to get partly refunded for your trip down to 48 hours before your trip. But less then 48 hours before your trip no refunds are made.
If you are booking a group then the final number of participants given 48 hours before the trip is undertaken is the number of participants you will have to pay for and hence no refunds are made for cancellations made less then 48 hours before a trip.
Cancellation and Refund policy:
20% of the price of your trip in non refundable, this percentage reflects on our cost of booking and preparing your trip.
If you cancel your day trip with more than one weeks (7 days) notice you will be refunded 80% of the trip price. If you cancel your day trip less than seven days before your departure you will be refunded 60% of the trip price. If you cancel your day trip with less than two days notice (48 hours) no refund will be given.
Multi-day Trips or Trek
If you cancel your multi day adventure tour or trek, including incentive trips, with more than four weeks (28 days) notice you will be refunded 80% of the trip price, please note that the 20% is non-refundable which reflects on our cost of booking and preparing your trip. If you cancel such trips less than four weeks (28 days) in advance and you will be refunded 50% of the trip price. If you cancel such trips with less than seven days (7 days) notice no refund will be given.
The final number of participants given 48 hours before any trip is undertaken is the number of participants you will have to pay for and hence, absolutely no refunds are made for cancellations made 48 hours before a trip.
This is always a wise move. Why would you not take out travel insurance? We encourage everyone who travels abroad to take out decent travel insurance and cover policy from their own country of residence.
We won’t go into all the features and benefits of travel insurance as we’re not experts, however, they certainly take into consideration medical issues, delays and cancellations which are useful to know you have for peace of mind.
Weather and Conditions:
We ask you to kindly respect and undertake our guides and partner experts opinion and authority to do what is best for your safety during adverse weather conditions or weather pattern changes.
All adventure trips and outdoor activities are weather, climate and condition dependent and we reserve the right to change your itinerary or cancel your trip with your safety in mind. Our guides are specially trained to deal with adverse weather and changing conditions and their number one priority is to make decisions with your safety in mind.
Alcohol, Drugs and Misconduct:
We reserve the right to refuse participation to customers we believe are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in such circumstances no refunds shall be given. Our guides reserves the right to refuse participation to any customer whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offense, upset or put other passengers in danger. In such cases full cancellation charges apply. This may result in the cancellation of your trip without refund.
Appropriate footwear and suitable outdoor clothing must be worn. We reserve the rights to refuse participation to customers who are dressed inappropriately with inappropriate footwear since this will put the clients wellbeing at risk. This may result in the cancellation of your trip without refund.
